Why do older men go for younger women? I say to regain part if their youth. Why do older women go for younger guys, same thing. Or maybe the married guys aren't getting what they need at home. Being honest, if you are in your 20's would you date a 40 year old? or vise versa,
as for me I prefer older men for my own reasons, maturity is important to me. Does a 20 year old guy look to be some older woman's cabana boy? or does a 50 year old guy choose to be a young girls sugar daddy? What about the WHAT IF'S?
Do younger women go for older guys for security, without loving them? I could go on forever about age, but I want to hear your stories.
My outlook is if two people are in love, who cares about age, maybe the parents? some dad having a son-in-law his age.
I say to all, the hell with age,(over 21 of course), but whatever age a person is if you love them the age doesn't matter.
A friend sent me an amazing story , which I will let her tell you in my blog. I am 34, and yes have had much older men ask me out, and yes I went. I also had guys my age ask me out, and said no thank you. I think when a male or female get to the age of 40, they have made all their mistakes, got that first marriage out of the way, raised their kids, or almost, had that threesome they always wanted, did the club scene, We all hopefully all get to that point by the time we hit our 40's.
Would you marry an older man/woman for their material things? What are your thoughts on this?
It's similar to would you date a heavy person, or a bald person, so bring it on, am ready for your stories.

Yo Blonde, just read the new article. I am a married man, have been for 8 years, I fell for an older woman, I was 28 and she was 42 when we got married. The first couple of years were great. Then we began wanting different things, She being almost in her 50's now, wants to retire, and I want to party, she tells me she's now too old for sex.Or even a picnic, or taking a walk. So yea age does matter in certain situations. I asked her for a divorce 8 months ago, it's in the process now. She said that we both changed over the years, and her being older wants peace and quiet,where I want to live my life with gusto.
So yea age matters, maybe not at first, but eventually it catches up to a couple that has a big age difference.

GREAT TOPIC BLONDE. WHEN I WAS 39(LOOKING 29) I WAS A DIVORCED MOM OF 3 KIDS. ON MY 40TH BIRTHDAY I WENT OUT TO CELEBRATE.I MET A GUY VIA HIM ACCIDENTLY HITTING ME. I WENT HOME THAT NIGHT FIGURING I WOULD NEVER SEE HIM AGAIN.

Yet if one of us older guys marry younger we're dogs, or dirty old men? It should be the same for all, marry who you want, date who you want, without all the labels added.
I am a 47 year old gentleman, and yes I choose to date women in their 30's, but only because I still feel young, look young, nothing dirty about that. Plus all ladies are beautiful, I just choose to never date a woman past her 30's.

Am a male who had his 32nd birthday yesterday, and man my wife who is 49 gave me the best party. We have been married for 8 years, and she is the love of my life. Good question...Basically the thought should be as long as the 2 of you are happy, age is nothing but a number of life's experiences,, You only have to make each other happy, and not worry about what others think.. In today's society a 51 yr old man marrying a upper 30 something yr old woman is accepted. At this point in time , hopefully they will realize if they want to work at it together then its worth the effort. My argument is with much older situations where 1 or both partners or soon to be partners are just looking for a meal ticket and an early retirement package. There are Cougars and Gigalos throughout the world, and they are the ones who feel the need for control, yet who are we to judge others lifestyles. As long as 2 mutual agreeing people love each other , my answer is go for it... Just remember both MUST be in it for the long run..
